Campground access
The campground is reached on foot along the Lindeman Lake trail. It is separate from the vehicle-accessible campgrounds at Chilliwack Lake.
Backcountry permit registration
Backcountry registration is required. Use the permit registration guide and BC Parks camping service to select your dates, review fees and get your permit. Check campground access notices before registering.
Campsite availability
A backcountry permit does not reserve a tent pad. Use designated camping spaces and have an alternative plan if they are full.
Campfires and cooking
Campfires are prohibited in the backcountry here. See the park rules and advisories for any additional restrictions affecting cooking stoves.
Waste and food storage
Pack out rubbish and food scraps. Keep soap and washing water out of the lake, and follow the campground’s food-storage instructions.
Overnight equipment
Bring a tent, sleeping bag, sleeping mat, food and clothing for the forecast. Carry drinking water and a filter or other treatment method if you plan to refill at the lake.
